Yes, a template from the Shopify store will installed when building your store. For the Basic Package you’ll get a free theme, for any of the other packages we recommending exploring a Premium theme which will cost $180 USD to $450 USD. You can pick and choose to see which design fits your store the best or we can pick one for you. Themes are a one-time investment so there are no recurring monthly charges.

We’ve battle-tested our process so much over the years that we are confident that you’re going to love what produce for you. All that research we do? That’s all done so we can get a good idea about your likes and dislikes which gets us as close as possible to a perfect deliverable the first

As a Shopify Partner we can setup and build your website without having to pay for a plan yet. Once we go live, you’ll have to select a plan. Usually the $29USD per month plan would do.

When you want custom options or a premium customer experience we’ll have to integrate paid apps. We can always discuss this and look for free options first.

Absolutely! Each package is designed to be a starting point, so you are free to upgrade and select add-ons at any stage as your business grows. Even the basic web packages include best practice set up of the back end. 

We ask for an upfront deposit of 50% so that we can spend quality time with our clients, and not chasing invoices. If you need a payment plan, please ask and we’ll work out a custom plan that suits your wallet.
