Any ongoing contracts we offer, such as web hosting and maintenance or newsletter management, can all be cancelled at any time. Zero hard feelings! Simply shoot us an email.
If you wish to cancel larger scale projects, such as web design or graphic design, you’ll need to pay a 10% non-refundable booking fee and potentially a $500 cancellation fee as outlined in the contract, because we have already dedicated time and resources to you.

When it comes to business, we’d like to stick to our lane though. We found offering every service spreads ourselves too thin, that’s why we currently focus on web design in Shopify and WordPress, branding and strategy, and email marketing. Yes! We are here to help you. As small business owners ourselves, we understand this is a significant investment for you. That’s why we offer many payment options, including credit card payments and interest-free installments.
Before we can get started, we require a bit of pre-work from you.
Once you’ve accepted our proposal, signed our contract and paid a deposit, we need you to fill out a brief and jump on a call with you to scope out the project requirements.
We need to get an accurate picture of your needs so that we can deliver a results that encapsulates your business’ essence.
We would require access to assets too, such as imagery, copy and branding.
We ask for an upfront deposit so that we can spend quality time with our clients, and not chasing invoices. If you need a payment plan, please ask and we’ll work out a custom plan that suits your wallet.
We’ve battle-tested our process so much over the years that we are confident that you’re going to love what produce for you. All that research we do? That’s so we can get a good idea about your likes and dislikes which gets us as close as possible to a perfect deliverable the first time.
