Standard Support
Booking fee:
$60 +gst
Raising a standard support ticket is for existing Siri The Agency clients who have ad-hoc work or tasks, but are happy to wait their turn in line.
Booking fee includes 30 min of work. If a project will run over half an hour, a quote will be provided first. All time over 30 min will be charged at $125 + gst p/h.
If your tasks requires customisation or custom coding, a quote will be provided starting from $150 + gst.
Please note: larger or more complex requests may take longer than 5 business days to complete.

Priority Support
Booking fee:
$120 +gst
Raising a priority support ticket is for existing clients who have an urgent task or require immediate technical assistance with their website or platform.
Booking fee includes 30 min of work. If a project will run over half an hour, a quote will be provided first. All time over 30 min will be charged at a rush rate of $199 + gst p/h.
If your tasks requires customisation or custom coding, a quote will be provided starting from $150 + gst.
