Open a standard support ticket
Booking fee:

Raising a standard support ticket is for existing Siri The Agency clients who have ad-hoc work or tasks, but are happy to wait their turn in line. You can raise a ticket for:
- Basic web help
- Assistance with simple tech queries
- Installations, setup or configurations
- Picking my brain
Advanced technical jobs that include development work such as debugging or custom coding are excluded from support tickets and will be quoted separately. Please fill out the form below to request a custom job.
Booking fee includes 30 min of work. If a project will run over half an hour, a quote will be provided first. All time over 30 min will be charged at $125 + gst p/h.
If your tasks requires customisation or custom coding, a separate quote and timeline will be provided. Alternatively, fill out the form below to request custom work.

Priority Support
Booking fee:
$120 +gst
Raising a priority support ticket is for existing clients who have an urgent task or require immediate technical assistance with their website or platform.
Booking fee includes 30 min of work. If a project will run over half an hour, a quote will be provided first. All time over 30 min will be charged at a rush rate of $199 + gst p/h.
If your tasks requires customisation or custom coding, a quote will be provided starting from $150 + gst.
