Raising a new client support ticket is for new Siri The Agency clients who have ad-hoc work or tasks. You can raise a ticket for:

Advanced technical jobs that include development work such as debugging or custom coding are excluded from support tickets and will be quoted separately. Please fill out the form below to request a custom job.

Booking fee includes 60 min of work. If a project will run over an hour, a quote will be provided first. All time over 60 min will be charged at $125 + gst p/h. 

If your tasks requires customisation or custom coding, a separate quote and timeline will be provided. Alternatively, fill out the form below to request custom work.

Conditions

  • Hours may be drawn down at a maximum of 2 hours per week.

  • Please allow 1-2 weeks from the request of work for delivery.

  • Tasks will be charged at 15-min increments.

  • Hours must be used within 6 months.

  • For ongoing work, there are no lock-in contracts.

  • After claiming your retainer, you'll get access to a Google Time Sheet to track the time spent on your tasks.

  • If time runs out, you'll be required to top up the retainer.
